CCA-IM’s China and Asia teams can visit supplier sites and see the products in person to ensure top-quality procedures are in place. CCA-IM can conduct a quality assessment using the Client’s audit process or CCA-IM’s comprehensive 60-point questionnaire to confirm a supplier’s operational efficiency, capacity, and sophistication. Each on-site supplier visit includes a Pictorial Storyboard and visual walkthrough of the factory and warehouse.
